June 11-Aug.20 (Sat 4PM-Sat 10AM) $2100. week JULY 4th week 2200.
EARLY JUNE/LATE AUGUST $1700.WEEK
Winter rates $200- night (2NIGHT MIN.) ...$900. week
HOLIDAYS $300. night (3 NIGHT MINIMUM) OR $1400 WEEK Labor day, Mem.Day, Xmas, Easter, Thanksgiving
SPRING March-May $250 night (2 NIGHT MIN.) ..$1200 /wk
FALL September- November $ 250. night 2 Night Minimum $1200 week
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented ($100.) Easter/ Thanksgiving / X-mas $1400/wk
12 guest maximum including children and pets /Minimum age requirements to rent/ added cleaning fee $100. for less than 4 night stay
Prices do not include taxes 12.75% / 50% reservation deposit
Non-Refundable Pet fee $12/day $85/stay each / $300 refundable damage deposit

Relax at this beautiful, marshfront home on Beautiful Private Fripp Island Beach and Golf Resort. From The house you can walk across the street to the private quiet community pool(no amenity card needed) and playground, or take a short Golf Cart ride to the beach,island pools,restaurants, marina, golf, tennis, etc.. Behind our house is a fabulous marsh pier where you can walk, bike, fish or crab, the pier goes across the marsh and connects to Tarpon Blvd. right next to the fire station , a short walk to the Beach Club and tennis courts.
